We booked here since it’s the 2nd hotel nearest to the station and it’s beautiful! I believe it’s new that’s why everything is modern and fresh. I love how the non-smoking rooms are indeed so as that is my problem with Japanese business hotels. The room is spacious and had a great view on 13F. They give you skincare products and toiletries as amenity items at the reception area to be freely taken by the guests. Would love to come back again here.

Clean, actual non-smoking rooms here!! Just a few minute walk from Yokohama station. Great customer service. The bathroom is a hybrid of the traditional Japanese and Western styles in that the toilet is in its own small room, and the shower/bath tub is in another room. The vanity is across the room (not inside the bathroom) which is a bit weird but ok. Honestly I just appreciated having a room that doesn't smell like smoke.

Well located hotel with many eateries and convenience stores around. It takes about 5 minutes walk from the train station north west entrance. Hotel room size was OK and cleanliness is generally good. Breakfast was good with both Western and Japanese food. Will stay again next time If I come to Yokohama.
